I've known canvases: 
I've known canvases who speak of hardships of
those who have criticized us.
Words that may have slowed us down.

My heart intertwines with the colors of paint with many others 
like roots of grand sycamores.

I've bathed in the sorrows of others whose hopes were crushed.
I've heard of others with voices like honey.
I've read the illiterate and praised their efforts. 
I've gazed at crude images and consulted them kindly with words of encouragement
and improvement.

I've stood in a room with others and felt joy spread over us all, waves of laughter, and
beams of light shine with each smile.

I've known canvases:
That started small and became tall.

My heart will always intertwine with the colors of others like roots of grand sycamores.






Author's Note: I know all of you out there may think your art is terrible, or you sound awful and that you can never seem to figure out how to be descriptive with words, but I praise the fact you try, don't ever give up on your dreams, don't try to please others, live to please yourself. If doing any of this makes you happy then keep moving on with it. You'll improve, practice or no practice your still all amazing people to me and I love you all.
